A: Not exactly. For most machine models, certain size range is allowed, and the size is adjustable in the program on HMI and on the machine mechanically.

A: Welcome all new and old friends to visit us. Our company is located at Changsu, Suzhou City, China. We can pick you up from Shanghai airport, or Changshu railway station.
4. Q: What can you do if the machine is broken in warranty
A: Warranty of our machine is 12 months against the date of re-installation acceptance at customer’s door. Except the consumable parts, if some part is broken, we can send the new one for replacement for free. After the warranty period, we can offer technical support online for the whole life of the equipment.
5. Q: How can you ensure machine quality before shipping
A: The main components are of well-known international brands. Some key parts are developed by ourselves. Assembling SOP and strict quality control system ensure all our machines meet high quality requirements.
